This and That

Well, it has been almost a month since my last post. Life has been crazy. With the new year we started on quite a few projects then our family got hit with the plague, otherwise known as the flu. B got it first, two days later Mommy. We were both out of school/work for a week and Brett had to take off work to take care of B because I didn't have the strength to get out of bed. Yuck! Yet I am very thankful that we both went to the doctor immediately and got put on Tamiflu which really seemed to lesson the flu symptoms and kept us out of the hospital. Although it was a long recovery, almost two weeks, we are both better. Unfortunately, all of our projects got put on hold. We have a major project in the works as well as a few minor ones :) I'm so excited I can't wait to post the final project, hopefully next week. The next month holds some exciting events that I of course will be sharing, Monster Jam (white trash style), a Roarin' 20's Mystery Dinner Theater Valentines Party, the start of my square foot garden, and 30 Days of Pinterest Projects, just to name a few. I will also be sharing some updates about baby B #2, a bathroom remodel, as well as some ways that God has been working in my life. So stay tuned, there is sooooo much more to come :) with love, Lissa
